Albino Bluey Vuitton - Fruiting slow down/dark caps * 1

How do these look? They started off fruiting pretty fast but then seemed to stall. They have been about this size for the last 4 days and some of the caps are dark blue. Assume this is fine? I have been misting 2x day. Temp is 69F. Appreciate any thoughts. Thanks

From what I hear, PE can fruit slowly

I’m actually doing Bluey Vuitton and mine are doing the same thing, got a lot of fruits fleeing slowly, turning blue and a lot of aborts

PE can both fruit very slowly and is known to stall out and not open its caps. Ive had many APE and shoot off phenos that just stay like that even once fully fruited. Had my fair share of "button bois" harvests as I call them. They honestly look a little overripe to me, id just harvest

yea they just do that, but they get darker the more they mature. its one thing i look out for to know when to harvest. Its fine, just what the little button dudes do

id suggest trying to fish out different genetics for your next grow if you want better flushes

As mentioned above, certain strains, like this one, can grow slowly and have changing colors in the caps as the fruit matures.

Thanks for the great feedback. Quick update. I didn’t get around to harvesting yet. But here’s an updated image. I’m thinking I’ll harvest everything I can get out of this first flush in the morning and then soak for a second flush. Most all of them have dark blue caps. Some of the shriveled guys I probably let go too long. Some of the wee ones have stalled.

Just ordered this strain after taking a long hiatus from mycology..glad to have come across this interesting strain.

From what Ive seen it seems to be a slow grower and a low producer would you guys agree?

Anybody have any tips to boost production
rate?

select for healthy genetics before sending to colonize and then thru crossing and/or cloning stabilize some higher producing genes. might be easier said than done though a lot of albinos are already degrading
