7 grams of stems??

trying shrooms for the first time, it doesn't look like i got any caps just all stems, about 7 grams of them. will i get the same effect taking 2 grams of stems opposed to 2 grams of caps?

I've heard there is no strength differance between stems and caps. I'm not very sure though.

OH, and take around 2 your first time. The whole seven grams would just screw you in the butt AND give you herpes simplex 2.

Mushrooms are mushrooms, caps, stems, its all the same thing.


Im not sure about 7 grams though, go for 2 or 3 for your first time.

defintly take 2-3 grams your first time.
there is no potency differnce between caps and stems.

just take 3.5

i did that for my first time tripping. no need to drop to 2-3. 3.5 was the best night ever.

yup, im sure you got the point by now, but yes, there is no difference in potencey between caps/stems, they are equally potent by weight.

id take half, 3.5 as well.

Its all the same, I say take 3.5 and you will be set for a nice trip. Even if it was 7 grams of shake it will still send you to boom town!!! HEll yeah sometimes the best is the shake left over! eheh have a great trip. Rob

Its always so funny how little most youngens know about mushrooms. But thats always a good question and its never too late to get started!

No difference at all. And more blue doesnt mean shit except that they were handles rougly at one pint and if anything, they are a tiny tiny bit less potent when bruised a little bit. Not MORE potent as some think....

Sometimes its the old folks that are ignorant as well. Just last week I had a 40 something guy that I gave some mushrooms to start to eat the caps and toss the stems. He thought that the stems had poison in them. What a moron. I couldn't convince him to eat the stems so I got them back. That works for me.

I a 40 sumthin' and I remember a "pasture legend" that the stems of mushrooms would give you heartworm :lol: but some folks believe that shit
