Nutcracker growing slow -stalled? 🆘️

Hi, I wanted to share my experience with my Nutcrackers grow. After mixing everything and setting up the monotub, there were no visible pins even after one month.
Even after two months, when I had basically given up and left the tub in a corner, one day I suddenly noticed pins had appeared.
For the first flush, it only produced two small mushrooms. The rest developed into pins but stalled halfway and never fully matured.
I’m not sure what went wrong or what could have caused the delay and the stalled growth, so any insight would be appreciated.
Now i am going for a second flush but shrooms appear they will be the same small and not very large...
No visible contam .

Any help would be good.

They stalled at that point after 2 days of no visible grown anymore i proceeded to retire them
