Looks great to me. there is some condensation. To be honest, I fruited my whole grow in martha tent 90s in humidity and I always had puddles here and there and most all of my tubs. Never was a problem. But they always had a bunch of AIR. Just make sure you have some exchange, AIR.(talking like yoda) I think you will be  have some epic harvests!

Looks to me like your having lots of success with your technique, be proud And they are getting plenty of TLC!

I colonize the meal prep container with the lids very lightly snapped on so there’s lots of ge (I also put two 1/8” drill holes in the lid on each half).  Once colonized, I wait a couple days and then case very thinly with oversaturated casing and then put them in the ziplock.  They require more holes than cube ziplocks


And I recommend a fan on a cycle timer that goes on for 3-5 minutes every couple hours.  I use a box fan from about 5 feet away.  There’s a write up for pans in ziplocks coming… hopefully within a month.

I'm probably sweating the small stuff here, but it seems with pans you are positioning the 5 x 7 x 2 tray differently in the bag, noting that you make 3 x 1/4" holes as well at the top and bottom of the bag for pans?

With pans you are putting the tray in the bag end to end? That is, the bag is efffectively on its side, in a horizontal position.

But with the bigger bags for cubes it's more that the tray is going in the bottom of the bag? And the bag is vertically upright?

I hope that makes sense as a question.

The heat is provided by the substrate itself by using an appropriate sized bag that is basically just big enough to allow for the flush and kept at room temps of 71-73F.  The fae happens passively with the many tiny holes all over the bag.  There’s also a blast of fae along with rh drop when a box fan pointed at the bags from 5 feet away goes on via a cycle timer for 3-5 minutes every two hours.  That’s it for conditions.

There’s also the need for clean cultures and appropriate substrate.  Ime, pans are less tolerant of dirty cultures especially when using manures.  Worm castings have been VERY forgiving where manures have not been.  WC’s are what I’ll be recommending in the write up.
