Enough humidity? SEE PICS

I strictly followed the PF Tek and chose to buy an ultrasonic humidifier.

A couple of days ago my digi hygrometer started reading like 70%, as opposed to 99% even though I knew that couldnt be right because it is very humid in there. I can even feel the air coming from the tubing that goes into the cooler. Moreover, I cant even see the cakes because the drip shield is very wet. It should be humid enough right?
These are my cakes after 1 week, I'm kinda worried.

Should be fine. I'd put some verm on those cakes

Once many moons ago...I used to have a similar terrarium. Styro-foam with an exhaust fan, humidity tubes, and a built in viewing window. The window, it was convenient. My window was sealed with caulk. I have reason to believe that the caulk, although it was completely dry, clean, and sanitized, caused mutations and screwed up the yield potential. The caulked terrariums fucked up both cakes and casing. When I stopped using caulk, I had a dramatic change in yield and amazing growth. I was just informing you just in case you used caulk and experience weird things.

do like magash said and put the verm(which you should make moist with sterlised water)ontop of and underneath the cakes. This will hold the water and let the myc. dry from it as they need it.

Ck out double end casing tek. Moist verm on top and bottom. I makes a diff. I also like to dunk my cakes after each flush, it helps the cakes rehydrate faster.
