yeah, three grams sounds pretty good.As long as your in a comfortable spot with good people, it shouldn't be too much. God luck and have fun.

Well i survived...but what i've been told is that you should learn something from our trips...What did i learn you ask?...I learned that i need a new scale!!!...I thought i was taking 3 grams and to my best approximation i believe i took 5grams....the first 1 1/2" hours was fantastic..I have a painting of "the scream" on my office wall and it began to sing Pink Floyd (i had the Wall on) and decided to go outside and look around (whoever told me to do this thanks alot it was fantastic)..but then the peak beagan and my wife came home..(i never told her i did it..but she knew i was going to) and i tried to act strait but i couldn't stop laughing...she was a tad worried but i kept telling her i was just really happy and the shrooms weren't hurting me. Well it got to the point where i couldn't stand anymore so i went to bed at around 8:00 Fri night and from 8:00 to 11:00 i couldn't get out of bed because my mind was going crazy i solved a lot of problems and created new ons, i thought my wife was mad at me though she wasn't....and i said a lot of stoooooopid stuff (but thank God it was hard to understand).. but i guess if i could say what i learned is that the trip was a series of Steps and just because one activity you do is fun don't limit yourself to just that activity explore your entire environment...ecspecially outside.

next time....2 grams...i was hung over all day....

Relax, Relax, Relax.....it's just a little pin prick * there'll be no more AARRGGHHH!!!! but you may feel a little sick.....
