Tripping tonight, 2nd time

Hey tonight im tripping for my second time. It is really my first to me because when i first did it i was really sick (cold and stuff) which didnt let me chill i had to always be blowing my nose and coughing and shit. But this time im not sick, and its the begining of my vacation. The first time i did it i split a 1/4 3 ways. This time im spliting it in half with someone. I know most people say that uping the dose isnt always the solution, but i think im practically ready for a lot. So with this in mind, on estimate from your experience, i want to know or try to read something about what level i might be tripping at. I wiegh 145 about. I am tripping in New Hampshire, so there is snow everywhere. Im really excited but nervous. Alright well its 9:00 in the morning here, and im not tripping till tonight, so i guess you guys will have all day to reply. I will keep checking and will write back soon!

If they are decent shrooms you will have a very nice trip. You should be able to reach level three easy. Probably level 4 at your weight. I weigh 220(I work out though :grin:) and have tripped very nice off of that amount. Is it homegrown?

Thanks for letting me know! no it isnt homegrown, but its the same looking shrooms as before, and they seemed pretty good. Like this one kid gives shrooms to everyone in our town, and i trust him a lot, and all of the other people. So it should be a pretty potent batch. Hey i got some sparklers around....good idea or hazard? Keep replying!

You do need to be careful. Shrooms are pretty powerful stuff. You do not really know how you will be effected eating an eighth. You will probably just run around and have a good time, But you never know. If you are looking for some superficial entertainment then the sparklers might be pretty cool to look at. I would take them outside and watch them against the snow. It might be cool.

Yeah i'll be careful. Im ready for a bad trip, i think it would help me learn more. Me and the person i am doing it with both play guitar, so i was wondering if its possible to play guitar while tripping. Basically our plans are just to hang around, listen to music, explore the new things we find, and play some guitar. Alright well just reply and then i will reply again!

Music is an excellent idea!  I play the piano and the guitar and find it very, very interesting to do when tripping. Another thing I like to do is stare at some of my oil paintings while hallucinating. Talk about a trip! Yeah, forget the sprinklers and jam!  Well, I guess you could look at the sprinklers for a little while, afew minutes maybe. :smile:

Alright that sounds cool. The one thing that is weird is the first time i tripped i felt the same the whole time, no peak or anything. So im hoping i experience it all tonight. Well thanks a lot, and another question, how long do your trips usually last? Also is there anything i should stay away from or something to reduce the chances of a bad trip? This first time i tripped we watched tv and stuff and i didnt really like it, i think it took away from the trip on a low dose. Well reply and thanks!

The hallucinations come, if they are gonna, for me about two hours into the trip. I have discovered that I must be in the right setting for the hallucinations to occur fully. Talking to people seems to take away from this part of it. I get the best visuals when I am really focused on something colorful and stationary. Also when I close my eyes while playing the piano or guitar. Fuck the T.V. It is just a distraction.

Just stay in an upbeat mood no matter what. I pep myself up before a trip by repeatedly telling myself how much fun it will be. During the first part I usually deal with some bad feelings but they are easily dealt with.

well i didnt really mean it like i was ready, because im probably not, but im saying i understand what they are and that they can happen, and if it happens i am going to remember that im just tripping and shit

Oh yeah, They last anywhere from 3-7 hours. I don't eat before hand either. I fast for about 12 hours. And I drink lots of water.

Im probably going to eat a small lunch of like salad or something, and then a small dinner of something....when i dont eat i feel really un comfortable and out of energy if im really hungry :tongue:
