Ready for fruiting? And why only side pins?

I'm new to this site and truthfully mycology in general. But i am completely enamored. I've tried a couple different teks since first starting this year in January. 2 have failed, 1 was a success that im currently harvesting my 3rd flush from and now I'm working on redoing the first monotub method which failed. I've gotten through the worst of it believe now I'm left wondering... am I ready to move this shoebox dub tub into fruiting conditions? Any words of the wise are appreciated. S2B with CVG sub, been recolonizing since 4/16. Spawn was extremely healthy and 100% colonized at the time of S2B. Thanks to all!

If by fruiting conditions, do you mean letting it breathe?

I suppose thay is what I mean. I was letting it recolonize after S2B before moving to FAE. Is thay not the proper method?

Flip the lid and leave it be.
You're 19 days in, so it looks on track.

Next time add some more compression at the end of the S2B, so you don't end up with that gap between tub and sub.

IF the fruits start touching the lid so early, that they should get more space before harvest, then dub tub it.
