Last winter it was below 60 for a few months. Tallahassee gets cold. I guess I could try leaving them in the fridge for half the day, and outside for half a day, might work. Thanks for the help, have you ever tired?? ANyone here tried?

temps for fruiting azures need to be at least 50-45F

i dont know check the temperaute there. you live there! you must know what summers and autumns are like! it HAS to be 50-45 though. there was one article in the shroomery grow section of cultivating flying saucers that they somebody grew them indoors without cold temps...just humidity, that was a suprise to read
