MY CELL PHONE, recieveing messages that werent sent to me

okay ill try and explain this as good as i can, im still confused.

there is somthing weird with my cell phone, twice in the last 2 months i have recieved text messages from people that did not send me messages. i will call the person back from the number on the text and they will have no messages sent to me, and have no idea who i am and i will have no idea who they are.
im in chicago and have recieved messages from people in georgia and now one was local.

my phone has also sent messages to people, which are displayed as random numbers and letters on their phones, that i did not send them. one person recieved like 13 messages in this manner, and the phone company has no explanation.

also when i text someone they will get the mesage right away or it will come 6-24 hours later, the same goes for me recieving messages.

could these be side effects from someone messing with/tapping my phone? any other explanations?

i'd say definately. That and its secret incrypted messages used by the government in conjunction with the cuban phone company barons to steal you brainwaves.
this can be easily dealt with as can most brainwave stealing isues with the use of foil hats.

i allready have a tinfoil hat, but it was only 13 layers thick. so i ditched it for a big aluminum garbage can i can hide in.

Some lady left a message on phone screaming about some person and crying. "why would u do this to me". I think it was about some guy not leaving a chick gas money or some crap. The bitch was real pissed. I left her a voice message back saying wrong person.

Ive gotten those before..I ahrdly get any text messages from my friends..they usually leave voice mails but I get random text's on my hne with people asking me to meet them at clubs and people wondering where I am. Somebody even asked if I like horse bak riding or some strange shit.? It happens all the time. You can imagine with all those radio waves boncing back in forth in the atmosphere, something's bound to go wrong.

Some time ago one of my friends got busted for growing bud. Starting with the very next day his txt messages started delaying couple of hours or so. I don't like SMS delay...
