When should I harvest these?

First time I've gotten this far. Should I just harvest the APEs now or wait? The xicos I was planning on waiting for the veil to break and then harvest. Other then that I would appreciate any advice on this. 🙏

Also should I harvest only the ones I think are ready? Or all at once? Noob questions I know but there is a lot of conflicting info.

Typically you want to wait for PE varieties to feel like a marshmallow to pick them.  I usually pick a sacrifice to squeeze from time to time till its the right time.

For other cubes, when the veils tear is a good average time to pick them. Some people like to do it right before the veil breaks and others wait till the caps are about to drop spores to do spore prints.

You can pick them in waves as the right ones hit the right maturity, but you can bruise everything up and it can be a little tedious so that's up to you!

I just pinch a stem until it feels like firm jello and the shrooms are kind of wiggly. Thats how I can tell theyre ready to harvest.
