I'm not saying you don't have a higher tolerance than most people but I am suggesting that it might not be quite as much higher as you think

Iirc the literature basically says that using benzos can only have a net positive effect for up to about eight weeks. Like literally it only takes 8 weeks of daily use for the average person to need more than the highest dose they prescribe in order to achieve the same effect as whatever does they have on day one.


My baseline tolerance to opioids is objectively super high which is a curse except in rare cases

Very slowly overtime it just makes you less mentally capable of handling whatever life throws at you. At first people seem very peaceful and loving but given enough time that changes. Weed makes me feel more patient and tolerant but then there is always a rebound that can only be addressed with another dose. Any idea that people might have that if everybody smoked weed there would be no violence/war/rape is naive. If everybody had been smoking weed daily for the last 150 years I have a feeling there would be no moon landings


Obviously I'm not trying to judge anyone other than myself. But I can't really think of a single case where smoking weed every day made people more capable of handling life than they would otherwise have been at baseline, with the exception of those using it for things like seizure disorders etc.

THC slips into a habit pretty comfortably, and that can be the crutch.

People who feel stuck I think should try using it more like shrooms, once every 2 weeks or less and a high dose, and unlock the psychedelic potentials without feeling a constant low drugging found in daily use. Just my opinion.

There really is nothing wrong with daily use for some people, or even just during some periods... but people it seems can grow out of it, or it can get less effective.
