Negative. Looks like one of your run of the mill common toads.

Alvarius have smoother skin that is normaly moist. They are semi aquatic. Their skin is greenish and they don't have much of a pattern.

The picture you have is not of a Bufo Alvarius,

go there and it will tell you all you need to know, if you need more, go to google and type in Bufo Avarius go to the first couple of sites posted. If it was not collected in the sonoran desert, it is not bufo alvarius.
