yeah, you could melt. i guess as long as you keep well hydrated it doesn't matter. For some reason i've only fasted in fall, winter and spring. i'm going to synchronize my next fast with the full moon, to release any unwanted energies.

the first time i tripped i slept for almost 10 hours and woke up and ate mushrooms and tripped balls. you could start out that way.


But i read a trip report on erowid about a guy who fasts for about a week..eating very very little and lots of water and eats 5 grams..and sees god.

I personally couldnt do that because i wouldnt have the strength to go on.
