give it time, they'll heal. but yeah since I started smoking less I've actually been coughing more and waking up in the middle of the night or early in the morning with all kine phlegm and shit stuck in my lungs, been going through cough drops like crazy. I was having worse issues before I started cutting back, which is why I started cutting back. Me and my dad both were dying cuz we were smoking too much. Now we slowly getting better.

If you quit early enough your lungs can recover to where it looks like it never happened. Nevermind genetic damage that may or may not have occurred, but we’re talking outward tissue health and avoiding things like COPD and emphysema. The struggle now is definitely worth it down the line. You don’t want to feel like you’re constantly breathing through a coffee straw.

The new pokemon games are fucking awesome and the graphics and technical issues aren't nearly as bad as people are complaining. This is the game I dreamed pokemon could be as a kid. It's awesome.
