I heard they did an anal swab for the respiratory illness and then immediately after did a nasal swab with the same swab to be extra safe.

That's dumb. The correct sequence is to swab the anus and then swab the throat, it's called the ATT method and Bangladesh had great success with it.

There's this weird thing that a lot of attention-craved contrarians do, where they think that pointing out some sort of irrelevant discrepancy in "the narrative" or the data makes everyone who's not also a contrarion look dumb for not rejecting all the facts and data based on that discrepancy.

They usually fail to understand that they're only making themselves look dumb, because whatever they found is almost always easily explained. Dunning Kruger manifests in many ways.

No, that's just something you made up.

Dunning Kruger is the relationship between confidence and competence (or wisdom, knowledge, experience etc.). Those on theoretical Mt Stupid possess a tragic blend of immense confidence in their stance mixed with very little competence on the subject. Any gain of competence often is accompanied by a decrease in confidence, because they begin to realize the errors in their previous views and how much they still have to learn.

No, you appear to just perceive everything you don't like and/or don't understand as some sort of threat or attack against you.

My only "side" is understanding that things are rarely black and white, and life is often about choosing the least-worst option. Rejecting reality because it isn't perfect or because it's inconvenient isn't a side or a stance, it's a temper tantrum. Conspiracy theorists often prefer temper tantrums to the energy and effort needed to build a knowledge and experience-base needed to understand many of the boogeymen that terrorize your minds.
