Has anyone used the grow bags from SporeBank??

If u have will u please tell me the conditions u used and if it worked. and if it did how big were your flushes?? anyone please give me any feedback

Yes, they work... but Sporebank is a ripoff, and they aren't a Shroomery vendor. www.mycobag.com sells THE SAME BAGS for much less $$$ .

Since they are EXACTLY THE SAME THING, you'd be stupid to keep paying sporebank an extra $10 a pop.

While we're at it www.sporeworks.com sells sporebank their spores. If you buy from sporeworks from now on... you will save quite a bit of $$$ on the EXACT SAME SPORES.

Now, you can expect about a half an ounce per bag... give or take (very likely more, but it is best to not get your hopes up).

Use the shroomery search feature. It is very good, but it works different then Google.

Search for MycoBag and you will find all the answers you need. After researching, ask any other specific questions you have in here.

really cause that seems shity , I can get more then that from popcorn jars.

12 grams dry???

that sucks

I cant be that low, why would anyone do it???, a good grain casing made with one large jar can give more then that , So why would the bag be so shitty?

I just realized..
You must mean 12 grams dry PER FLUSH, for a per (grain)mycobag right??????

Often bags will put out more than a half oz (some over an ounce), but yeah... if you plan on growing more than once, a pc is the best investment.

If you are a newbie, who wants to grow some shrooms, and don't care about $$$ cause the shrooms cost more than the bags, by all means, try a MycoBag.

Ok, those bags look like they have more then a cup of grain each. I know a guy who uses rye and gets a oz dry per quart jar. (To which there is one cup of rye in each before prep)



One quart in each casing. (one cup of rye uncooked) I would think those bags put out more. Remember your first jars. Didn't do quiet as well as the ones you do now. Well I bet bags are like that. Use em a few times and get a system down and I bet they can pump.
