No there isn't a single employer in my field I would work at who has 100 employees.

The largest I've ever worked for was 15 or so.

Typical is less than 5.

I don't get paid well at the moment, but one thing I'll always have is work.

Too much of it and not enough people who can do it.

Demand is high.

Lots of opportunity.

Residential construction. Carpentry mainly.

Additions, remodels, renovations, pole barns, things like that.

Mostly small family owned companies with small crews is who I'd work for.

Ma and Pa type of places

Not sure I'd ever want to do commercial work or work for a large company.

I'd go off and do my own thing before that
