Yep thats it and i have had it with the boob tube...I just cant stand the horrible programs anymore...
Its either the Bachelor crap or that silly fuckker Brian Seacrest and American idol stuff every nite now

I havent watch tv for 3-4 years now. I use it only to view a dvd once in a while. you get dump by watchi to much on that idiot box. If I want to be updated on something I just use the net

i like having a t.v. when i'm bored...but it is definatley a good thing to get away from...it's nice not being around stuff liek that for a long time because you do more useful things and stuff. but i still enjoy ahving a t.v. when i'm home.

the only programs i watch are multiple news sources on cable TV, and also discovery channel, TLC and the History channel. every once in a while i see a good movie or boxing event on HBO, Showtime, or other movie channels.

oh and occasionally i watch 3s Company and Sanford and Son, or southpark and simpsons. anything other then that is crap  :wink:

I used to get so angry when I would watch the news. the biased way it was presented really pissed me off.  I love listening to "democracy now" from Pacifica radio with Amy Goodman instead.

The Simpsons IS really good! I do miss that show. I also miss watching dvd's. Oh well. Now I read or use the computer for mental input! :smile:

yeah, the travel channel, history channel. TLC, discovery channel are all good stations.........................................and i watch the simpsons, seinfeld, king of the hill, conan o'brian, and other random talk shows and random shows occasionally.

I just cant watch anymore of the same old stupid shit they think is interesting ...I was thrown in jail about 4 yrs ago in Austin and the fuckkin inmates were watching Cops and Jerry Springer :confused: I asked them why they watched that shit and they were likeb WTF dude it dont get no better than this...I just dont get it and hopefully never will

If I had cable I would watch a little more TV.  Like Pillow said, mostly cartoon network (Adult Swim  :thumbup:) and Comedy Central.  Maybe a little Discovery Channel too.
