Not that I've seen, most humans as individuals are very nice and just want to get through life with the minimum of pain. Even people who act like savages on social media when you get them alone are actually pretty cool.

If anything, the reverse is the case- people in the UK tend to scoff at Americans. Like, taking any opportunity to make jokes about mass shootings in schools. What do Americans say about Brits? That their teeth are gross? Not exactly equivalent

Though westerners have no idea what indoctrination is unless they learn about what happens in the east. They do not understand the living realities of a one party state and all the glorious and unopposed propaganda that goes with it.
