When fresh shrooms are harvested, how long will they last in the fridge? Or how should they be stored fresh and whole for no more than a few days?

Dry them with a fan ASAP or eat them. Do not just let them sit in the fridge for more then 3 days or they will turn to mush and rot. I think the large majority of people just dry them and put them in a bag.

What I plan on doing is getting a vacuum sealer. Then I am gonna dry, seal and store in a freezer or fridge. Some people crush the dried shrooms then put the powder in a jar. Some put the powder in honey. Try to get some accurate scales if you plan on drying them. It becomes much more important to accurately measure your doses when dealing with dry.

If you want to eat them fresh, put them in a paper bag and refridgerate them.

Oh yeah and as for the title of your post. The time of pins to harvest varys greatly depending on environment. In McMans cultivator you would go from pins to full grown fruit much faster than just fanning once a day I am guessing. I would say anywhere from 2-6 days depending.
