Should I drink orange juice or use vicks while tripping?

Hi Im new to this forum. I was wondering if there is anything that I should do to enhance the effects while trippin on shrooms.
Like when you trip on E most ppl drink orange juice and use one of those vicks inhalers.

no vicks, you definitely won't want to consume anything, and vitimin c is pretty much a myth.  could be psychosomatic, tho....

Yeah dont drink OJ. whenever I would grind up my shrooms and mix them in OJ, I would only tripp until I took a big piss (cuz of the OJ) Then I wouldnt be trippin anymore. Deffinatly shortens the experiance.

I'm not too sure that oj would shorten the experience. Do you take a piss 6 hours into your trip or what. If you chug ground up mushrooms the trip will be shorter. Drink them over a half-hour.

I agree with the nature and music. Nothing beats those!

I was under the impression that Vit C shortened/de-intensified (if that is a word) the trip?

Vitamin C decreases the effects of shrooms, BUT when you put shrooms in orange juice, the acids will extract the active compounds and because these alkaloids are then in fluid form, they will be absorbed thoroughly and quickly. Buckle up! It will be a very heavy trip!

Orange juice is the perfect flavor combo for shrooms, tastes very yummy, and I've never had it ruin my trip in any way. I trip the same OJ or no OJ.

Don't know what you mean by that...

But here's a tip few people tend to say (maybe it's common knowledge, don't know) ; while eating that nasty shit; remember to close your nostrals. Taste is acquired mostly by sent. If you don't smell it, you'll hardly taste it!
Nevertheless, it's always possible to vomit; those little weeners are definately one of the nastiest tasting foods on the planet :wink:

I would think this would lessen the intensity but increase the longevity of the trip. Milk slows digestion and certain poisons they say to NOT induce vomiting and recommend drinking milk right away to buy some time till your stomach gets pumped out.

Then again maybe it doesn't because of the lactic acid (not a chemist to know) and of course blending it would probably increase intensity no matter what (even just water) as there is nothing to break down by chewing.

My take on it would be it would balance out (but taste better at least).
