Alibaba.com: could it be worth it? If your smart maybe...

So I just now discovered this. Probably looking like a baffoon but has anyone else looked up mycology related products on there?. I don't really care to buy substrate or materials otherwise found on vendors through this site. With that said their are some seriously interesting pieces of equipment on there for sale specifically in clean rooms, lab benchs, laminar ect. Like stainless steal clean rooms and shit. I get that china is natorious for poor quality but i've been reading on it and it appears their are legit savings and or investment opportunities with the right vendors and it doesn't even have to be mycology related I guess. But like these stainless steal flow rooms look sick and it doesnt all seem to good to be true. As with any platform their are ways of assurance and quality through various methods possibly. What do you guys think. This site has virtually everything but it seems like if you hone in on what china may actually be good at, there could be good products to be found and makes some dough or save big.

It's all cheap chinesium knock offs. Some stuff won't matter, but some will be crap.

I wouldn't buy shit from Alibaba, nor anyone "drop shipping", or trying to sell you on the idea of a "drop shipping business" through them.

Depends what you're looking for. I use the site for my business's fabric supplies and my suppliers are great. Like any selling platform there may be sellers that are selling crap, but do your research and it can be a success

My buddy makes extractors and found his suppliers there. He buys parts and assembles here. Any issues get taken care of on the next shipment. So you have to plan ahead.
He's making a killing though
