No that’s a joke.

But the underlying map, yes most of those lines are hypothetical. They are created by altering the input data to see how that affects the models. The actual models in that image are the ones with polygons.

trump doesn’t even know what he’s looking at in this map and doesn’t even read the warning at the bottom that says the map is meant to compliment actual forecasts not replace them. This map was also 3 days old when he decided to make his warning about Alabama.

Again. When the Weather service corrected the warning trump gave for Alabama, that should have been the end of it. Trump has zero knowledge about meteorology. Questioning the authority of trained professionals whose entire careers are studying the weather is fucking absurd. Trump is so fucking stupid he doesn’t know how stupid he is.

I just don’t understand why he’s going to bat for trump on this objectively clear cut case of trump being wrong. He said something earlier about people like me being super critical of him as if we should be feeling sorry for someone who makes a mistake and can’t fucking admit it.

He was alledgedly concerned enough to cancel his trip, but either does not understand that forcasts change and has no idea why what he said was misleading, or he's somewhat slow, but bright enough to make  moronic statements to contrast with the dimwitted rambling he does to make it seem more insightful.
