If I were Trump, I'd care.  I think he was defending why he posted his original Tweet, not that it was correct at the time he posted it, nor trying to convince anyone that 2+2=5.  That seems to be where we disagree.  :shrug:

I am in a minority on the shroomery, as I frequently defend the opposing side when they have a point about something or when my side make believes something about them.  I also attack my side if I think they're wrong.  People here get very confused by that and think it means I prefer the other side.

If I were Trump, I'd care.  I think he was defending why he posted his original Tweet, not that it was correct at the time he posted it, nor trying to convince anyone that 2+2=5.  That seems to be where we disagree.  :shrug:

From your article:

"At the time of Trump’s initial tweet, the most recent forecast from the National Hurricane Center showed that a sliver of the state had a less than 10 percent chance of seeing tropical storm-force winds."  So there WAS a possibility of it hitting the state, though "The National Weather Service office in Birmingham clarified that day that Alabama was NOT in the storm's path."

Technically, NOAA actually confirmed that 2+2=4.

But this is kind of a silly topic for us and I think we're getting hung up on very minor things, so I'll let you have the final word if you like.

A 10% chance and a sharpie line is the not the same thing as Alabama will be hit much harder than anticipated by one of the largest hurricanes ever

Also at 2:00 minutes in the video Trump asks will it go West to towards the Gulf, they say clearly it’s projected to go north to Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas

Well it's in the news all the time, but that's the MSM so there's that. This week I did read an article where Pence was defending himself for staying in a Trump property 240 miles from where his government business was.

I think I read somewhere he put a leader of another country in one of his hotels and it costs U.S taxpayers like $70k a day or some shit... He may have forfeited the annual president salary, but he's making at least that a year by having officials stay at his resorts and having taxpayers foot the bill

Because the requirements to be president are mandated by the constitution, and therefore normal rules applicable to other elected officials do not apply to the president. A convicted murderer living on death row could be elected president and the only remedy would be impeachment.
