After yalls plates are cooled and solidified, do you wrap them or let them sit unwrapped overnight or something? Cuz i generally use them once they cool for transfer or what have you, then wrap 'em.

If they are going to sit then wrap them if you use them then leave em be as you been no worries

God damnit. Ok well i spritzed about 400ml in each tub, cuz they all got that crazy pinset thing going on. The tub in the pic is furthest along.

Over capacity has burned me bad in the past but, possibly it's different when the sub is all colonized 'n whatnot.

So you dunk your sub for a while until it soaks up as much as possible or what?

Bottom water .. pour about a half qt on the sides of the sub then add more as needed

Ok, so add another millileter to make 500ml. Will do bud. I have 105qt tubs mind you. Is that amount for a 66qt?
Wait back up...So it sounds like somewhere around 3rd flush you let the sub suck up as much h2O as possible. Is that true?

Everyone has been watered. Will drain and take pics 2mrrw.

Gotten about 25oz off of five 105qt tubs so far. Not super impressive but much better. Tubs look like they maybe have a couple flushes left. Be nice to make it to 2lbs. My goal is a 1/2lb per tub.

Yeah, im happy with it. I really appreciate all the help.

These tubs keep flushing.
#1 is starting to smell like a bum's nutsack and pump out super short fat mutated fruits.
#2 had a grip of bottom dongers that got wet when i watered and all jellied together. I said fuck it and jst left it, so that ones prolly gonna puke here soon.
#3 has always been on the floor and wudnt you know...no bottom dongers at all. Atm it's fuzzing up. Hasnt made fruit in a while.
#4 & #5 jst keep pumping. Jst took a couple oz off them.

So it looks like in total five 105qt tubs MS got me about 2lbs 3oz.

Actually i have a nice PE culture that is now conlonizing grain. Imma shoebox my MS first to select clones to propogate spawn for the big tubs. That way im not fucking with MS in my 105qts, even though it looks like im getting close to a 1/2lbs per tub.

So next i thnk your gonna see some cooler shit. Wud luv to get me paws on a healthy APE print or culture.
