XUL your logic that some black people are seeing the light and discounting the Democratic party is about the same as me saying some republicans are seeing the light and discounting their own party to become libertarians or other affiliations. The smart Republicans are learning to not be Republicans anymore :shrug:

This is America no party is a monolithic organization. In general though African Americans recognize that right wing is not in there best interest.

Xul that's futile. I could sit here and post videos of ex conservatives with compelling arguments all day too. And there's no doubt you could find blacks who align with conservatism and find liberals to be covertly racist. I could too.

but the fact that that stuff matters at all to you kind of shows what level you are on the playing field called logic.

I'm repeating myself here, but it's necessary. Republicans have found a couple of black conservatives and they are prancing them around like show horses.


You have never shown evidence that this or any other factor is actually resulting in blacks becoming less likely to vote Democrat.

Yes, I listen to people who talk.

Some of them are black, white, red, or yellow.

If they espouse a conservative idea, you will hate them just the same. You myswell ignore my posts in the future.

You listen to Black, Red, White, Etc.. of people that have the same message as you. You saturate yourself with people whos rhetoric you align with. That's the problem other people listen to every Black, Red, White. You listen to the Red-Black the Red-Red and the Red-White. and it's so obvious to everyone.

Your debates are a lot more like how Mormons debate people by going door to door. You're trying to hand your pamphlets to the liberals here rather than debate them. You're trying to shove things in their face. The liberals here do the same thing though.

I don't debate conservative or liberal platforms. I try to get people to realize how fucking ridiculous the idea of those two platforms being a part, especially a large part, of someones life is.

White and black are socially acceptable terms as racial descriptors, even though the people aren't actually white or black in skin color. They're statistical and rhetorical shorthand to avoid having to say caucasian and African American all the time. Red and yellow are ethnic slurs.

My native south Korean roommates referred to themselves as yellow.

I never heard that until them.
