Plantation soil

Plantation soil from Exo Terra is coconut coir and it's pretty much identical to eco earth bricks. Totally good as far as I know but I'm wondering if anyone uses it often and can speak to the quality of the product vs eco earth.
I seem to recall someone complaining about finding all sorts of rocks and grains in theirs and said there's been a decline in quality.

I went to my local pet store today and paid 12 bucks for a 3 pack of eco earth and decided it's time to look into something more reasonable. I found plantation soil is about $1.60 a brick where as I just paid $4 for eco.

So, do you use Exo Terra plantation soil? What are your thoughts about it?

The cheapest coir you can find is the best kind.
