Do you pay attention to serving size?

I just bought a bag of pizza rolls

Serving size is 6. I made 15.

Still. Fucking. Hungry.

Would it be gluttonous to make 15 more? Lolll

You guys should invest in a toaster oven for things like that. Cut out the pesky preheating times and avoid shitty microwaved foods.

I live that toaster oven life. I just throw whatever I'm trying to heat/reheat on ceramic plates or bowls and in the toaster they go.

I do, in order to know how many calories I'm eating, but that doesn't mean I eat the serving size it indicates.

No.  A serving size is usually based on a 2000 calorie diet...I don't eat 2000 calories a day.

No I am saying that serving size is just to give you an idea of nutrient density. If youre on a 4000 calorie diet then 20g of carbs will be half the dv% as it would on a 2000 Cal diet but it is still 20g of carbs

Given what I've seen you say of late about your state of mind, I think the last thing you should be doing is letting yourself eat shit and get fat.

Cause I promise you one thing; doing so will absolutely NOT improve your state of mind.

Why not eat well, exercise, and feel better? It's not rocket science, and it works better than any drug you can take.

Lol I’m not getting fat. This was one night. I eat pretty healthy otherwise.  School is ending this week and I have ate the same things everyday for months. So I got myself some chicken and pizza rolls at the store to have this week. And I binged on 30 pizza rolls last night. I don’t think it’s that big of a deal. Not very healthy but it’s not gonna make or break me
