I've been browsing this forum for a week or two and decided to actually join. I'll be trying Tampensis this Friday. I've never done a psychedelic before and wanted to know if you guys have any tips to make sure I don't have a bad time or anything. I've also been buying from a site which puts the cost up alot since I need it delivering to the UK from Holland. Do you guys have any UK sites that you recommend?

2- Read some trips on Erowid, learn about set and setting and know what you take. Start low.

Go into it with an open mind and be open to whatever the mushrooms give you. Sometimes they give me a case of the giggles and sometimes they make me look deep into my soul, past, and future. Hope you have a good time!

I like to eat mushrooms while secluded in nature during the day and sometimes going into sunset.

They're from the Netherlands (since they're legal) so I trust them quite well. I guess we'll see what happens.

It's truffles. They vary in potency a lot.
Just eat most of the package (15g I guess), 10 to 15 g is one medium strong experience. Don't expect to freak out from such a dose, it's moderate.
Once it hits you, things start to look odd, surfaces seem to move and objetcs bend and stuff like that..
It's fun, usually I laugh a lot on psychedelics. Your thoughts might seem strange, it's like a roller coaster of thoughts from funny to strange to depressed to weird, and back.
Don't try to fight it, let things happen and let the shrooms guide you.

Don't plan anything, let things evolve. Listen to your favourite music and enjoy the ride. Just lay down and enjoy. Dimmed light is best, do it in the evening or at night.
Remember to close your eyes from time to time for a few minutes, it might be that you see super cool stuff like mandala patterns, or colors you have never seen before.
But all this depends on the dose. The higher you dose, the stronger the visuals get. But one package is a good start. Not too little, not too much.
Smoke some weed in the later half of the trip when you start to come down, this might bring the effects back for anonther hour or so.
