I used to load them up with everything in my fridge, it was a salad between buns with some lunch meat

Pepperoncinis are great for a lot of sandwiches.

Breakfast sandwiches used to be my favorite, with a sausage patty + egg on an english muffin or bagel, and a bit of aoili for flavor.

For awhile I was buying deli meats to make sandwiches fairly often, might have to get back into that. Makes a great quick snack.

I buy a lot of frozen veggie burgers, there are some very tasty mushroom ones. The Portabella + mozzarella one is probably my favorite, though there's also a very tasty spicy black bean burger. Great for sandwiches.

When I was younger pesto was like it's own food group to me. Fucking love that stuff!

All depends on the sandwich what I'm feeling atm. Far to broad of a question.

That being said, One of my favorite sandwiches is smoked meat on bone marrow butter grilled sourdough with roasted garlic caraway aioli, dill pickle, shaved red onion, arugula, fresh cracked pepper, smoked gouda.

Banh Mi as well with duck liver pate and head cheese

I love sandwiches.

Multi-grain bread, lightly toasted
Mayo
Mustard with the pepper seeds in it
Ground black pepper
Sliced dill pickles
Romaine lettuce
Sometimes sliced onions
Sliced black olives
Sliced Roma tomatoes
Sometimes peppercinis
Sliced avocado or guacamole (if i have it)
Some kind of meat like roasted chicken, turkey, ham or roast beef (sliced or shredded, hot or cold)

Its pretty frickin dank :yesnod:

One can live on a sandwich a day.  Amazing how little food the body needs.  And yes there are substances involved.  Mustard and mayo, can't go wrong with that as someone mentioned.  Then I mix eggs, deviled or over easy/hard but always included I few rings of raw onion and some lettuce, not the iceburg shit, with it.  Tuna as well with tomato soup to dip in with panni melted cheese.

Wonderful.  With anything of course just research and one can make excellent food.  But most of the time it is what is easiest as I am usually fucked up so go for a pizza.

Straight up mayo can be gross but stuff like garlic aoli is delicious on many sandwiches.

Made some coleslaw recently with some aoli and a bunch of lemon, was perfect for burgers and pretty much anything else :drooling: Definitely going to make more eventually.

Aioli fucking rules and your sandwiches are lesser without it. Aioli and mustard are two bases for almost every sauce/dressing. Mustard is in everything its actually pretty crazy.

Meat + Eggs + Cheese

Let it be seen that you are nothing. And in knowing that you are nothing... there is nothing to lose, there is nothing to gain. What can happen to you? Something can happen to the body, but it will either heal or it won't. What's the big deal? Let life knock you to bits. Let life take you apart. Let life destroy you. It will only destroy what you are not.

it's all about good bread and condiments. mayo, butter, mustard, pesto, sriracha, aioli, oil, vinegar, dressings, etc. cheese comes next. then meat and veg. that's the blueprint.
