With Paint Shop Pro comes Animation Shop...

I've used it to make very basic animations....I don't know if it's what you're looking for though.

You should take a look at Flash. It's an awesome program! www.flash.com or www.macromedia.com

You can download the program--they have a 30 day trial where it's fully functional for a month.

I believe it works for 30 days, then you'll have to buy it( or crack it, but thats illegal, but you dont wanna to do that do you? :wink: )
