I have done many psychedelics in my life time, and as I grew older I knew there was something specials with them. Breaking through, is the most important part of them.

I think there is a big misconception that breakthrough only happens with DMT, but that is false. It happens with LSD, Mushrooms and ect.

I am unsure here, I am unsure here if it is the mind being able to incorporate the power given by opening the door, but boy oh boy is the mind powerful.

We are talking about communication on a whole new level and attraction of entities and people that care about us to to be able to communicate with us directly to our mind.

I decided to take some mushrooms yesterday, I haven't done them in a long time. I delayed the trip as long as I could, It's just so taxing and hard to accept the truth sometimes... But yesterday, I needed help. I wasn't feeling good for a while, I was numbing my emotions for the longest time and I felt like I wasn't living anymore. 

Took some mushrooms, I don't really measure, I don't find it necessary and made a tea out of it. But I would say it is about 3g if anybody is interested.

A lot of weird things happened and it isn't the first time. The first time I broke through on mushroom was about 2-3 years ago and I knew what to expect. Expect this time I had much more control, my mind grew bigger and bigger and stronger. It became so sharp, so clear, so powerful. My hands started moving by them self, my mind was in control and was made in a position where it would massage my neck in a certain way depending on my mind. I guess my communication between my body and my brain wasn't the best because it definitely made the conscience of body much better.

Honestly, a lot of things happened. They ain't no point in explaining exactly what all of that is, because if you don't live it then it is pointless to describe.

My point? All I wanted to say is that, the mind is a powerful and beautiful tool. The sky isn't even the limit, the mind transcends the physical world. It don't matter what your job is, how much money you bring in, how good looking you are, how physically in shape, your car, where you live. This I must insist does not dictate who you are, never believe such a thing. Don't let the society make you believe that you are inferior because of X factor.

What really matters is how you live, how you treat others. How you take care of your mind and how to you use it. And if by using it properly, it gives you all the success that is defined by society than what ever.

Sometimes it's hard to believe the truth and I was in a denial for a long time. I asked for help and I have gotten help, how can I deny and not believe what was bestowed upon me.

So I wonder why is that mushrooms do this. I assume it could of been anything and that we see mushrooms as mushrooms and our mind can't perceive the truth behind those mushrooms.

Now that the easy part is over, time for some hair raising doses.

Glad you had a great time, I encourage you to keep at it and see what comes of it. For goodness sake get a scale man. Basic tool of the trade.

I already know what comes from it, I've known it for a while now. I do have a scale, but I don't require one. I could do 10G and it would be the same thing as 3G, it would just be clearer. There is a plateau and that plateau is when you break through.

It is a big misconception that we require high dosage and honestly, it's just foolish.

Well I've never experienced this plateau. For me 3g doesn't do it for me, it doesn't seem to dissolve the world around me. I can't imagine comparing 3g to 10g, the difference in dosage is more than noticable.
  Why do you say higher doses are foolish?

I meant to say that there is a conception that higher dosage means being able to reach further places. To believe that, is foolish. Like I said, at one point, you break through and from that moment on you do not require higher amounts.

Idk, it's been my experience with both Ayahuasca and Psilohuasca that i need a certain amount of DMT or Psilocin to get me where i need to go, low doses just do not cut it, at all, my last Psilohuasca dose was 35mgs of 4-ACO-DMT on top of 2.5 grams of Rue, that got me there for sure, but 25mgs of 4-ACO or 2.5 grams of mushrooms with MAO-A inhibition, it can be nice but doesn't take me as deeply as i need to go. 25 to 35mgs of 4-ACO-DMT or 2.5 to 3.5 grams of mushrooms without MAO-A inhibition definitely doesn't take me where i need to go.

There are different levels according to the dosage, different aspects manifest at different dosages, Entheogens are supposed to be dove into, not toyed around with at lower dosages.

I will say this is bad advice. Just because you have come to certain realizations and levels does not mean everyone will or does! Everyone should err on the side of caution with psychedelics as far as I'm concerned. I will say this again, doing drugs is like cooking with salt/seasoning. One can ALWAYS add, but one CAN NOT take away! What if someone new to psychedelics of any kind reads what you wrote and just decides to do 10 grams of mushrooms and some rue with without EVER having experienced weed, or any psychedelic of any kind, or alcohol, or prescription drugs, or any kind of inebriation at all? Can you imagine what could possibly happen in a negative way?!? Harm reduction friend, use it.

My first Entheogen was Ayahuasca and i went full on with that. Just because most people are wussies or can't handle themselves mentally, doesn't mean there aren't different levels to the Psychedelic experience dependent on dosage. If you're new, start low and work your way up, but you don't know what the Psychedelic experience is about, at all, until you more fully dive in dosage-wise, pay attention, and learn. If you just wanna trip balls, take a low dose and have at it, if you wanna learn, you must fully immerse yourself into the experience, take enough so that it's not a game, and learn. As Terence McKenna said, if you're not scared that you took too much, you didn't take enough.

Low doses for socialization and fun times, higher dosages for spirituality, personal growth, esoteric knowledge and wisdom and so much more. Personally, if i'm not talking in tongues, i haven't taken enough.

Btw, if someone reads anything i say and decides they wanna go for 10 grams of mushrooms on top of Rue, even with Lemon Balm, without ever having taken another substance, that's on them. Some people are ready, most probably aren't, but it ain't my fault, it's their lack of gauging the right dosages for themselves. I did just fine personally with diving into Ayahuasca and Psilohuasca, but that's me, as always, start low, but work your way up, don't stick to low dosages.

True, to each their own, but as i said, you don't know much at all about the depths of the Entheogenic experience, or of yourself, until you dive in deep, at least has been my experience and judging by what most others talk about who use low dosages, they are far from where they need to be, imo.

Subjective to the person, IMHE. I am in my 50's though and have seen/experienced quite a few things. I've never had a bad trip per se, but I have had bad moments during trips. For someone to suggest they don't know themselves fully or what psychedelics can do for a person without going way beyond what they feel is a safe dose is not promoting harm reduction. Not everyone has to go to the infinite cosmos and beyond the realms of existence when they trip to fully "understand" themselves, psychedelics, and/or their subconscious. Plus psychedelics aren't for everyone. I think you are promoting a harmful stance in a way.

I see no problem with what i'm saying, i'm all for harm reduction, i just think people should more fully explore the Psychedelics rather than going for the bare minimum. As always, be safe/cautious and be as prepared as can be. These tools are not to be feared, but are to be understood and used more properly imo. You can do whatever you want with these substances, but soooooo many people don't know jack shit about any of this stuff, from what i've seen, because they stick to lower dosages. If you never go past 3.5 grams of mushrooms, you don't know anything.

For me it was always the drugs that opened the gate to the playground. This part was dose dependent. Not enough and the gate stayed closed and all I could do was watch, or I would have to spend too much effort squeezing through to have any energy left to play on the swings. However, once comfortably inside, the trip could be guided as deep as I wanted to go without getting any "better" with increasing dose.

I think that increasing dose does affect the level that you start from but that the result comes from making an effort to explore and find a path through to where you want to be. For me it was always less like watching TV and more like panning for gold. If you're not looking for something it's unlikely that you'll ever find it.

Also this last Psilohuasca dose i had, i took it with my girl and she had some too, she took 25mgs of 4-ACO-DMT with 2.5 grams of Rue and 4.5 grams of Lemon Balm, and i took 35mgs of 4-ACO-DMT with 2.5 grams of Rue and 4.5 grams of Lemon Balm, she was halfway there, not nearly as fully in the experience as i was, she was no doubt affected and had a good time, but she could've taken a bit more and had a much better and fuller experience.

You seem to imply that once you break through so to speak, you are in a place where you recognize as THE place? I'm unsure as to what you mean.

  Sab- My experience with mushrooms is this:
1. 1-2g is like planning a vacation but never leaving the airport parking lot.

2. 3-4g You go through security (insecurity) check points and go wait for the flight that never comes.

3. +5g is where you hand your ticket over to the mushroom go find a seat and get ready. A trip is about to be had. Ruins, oceans, parallel world's, all of art seems to originate there.

Harm reduction is very important but we are not parents nor nannies to these people. There is only so much you can do without holding people's hands. People here do a very good job at reducing the harm to one's self. Even if a noob asks before they research, they still get good info.

I think your definition of breakthrough is different from the DMT definition.

I think this is out biggest failure when discussing psychedelics. Even writing this I find it hard to pick the right words. Like Terence McKenna used to say, we dont have the proper syntax to fully discuss the psychedelic experience. Paraphrased: "the only way you can understand me is you hearmy words, go to your mental dictionary, then try to build my vision in your head. If our dictionaries dont quite match up then we could be talking about totally different things." He had a belief thang the universe is made up of language. The more I sit and ponder that idea the clearer it becomes. One of my LSD trips, the overwhelming theme was how awful our form of communication was. Tiny mouth noises that's supposed to convey entire mental visions, ideas, landscapes, etc.. On that trip I realized that music was a MUCH better form or communication than just talking. Music can convey emotion and feeling as well. You do not need words or dont need to understand the words or even know the language of a song to receive message or feeling from it. It is still not the best way to communicate but it's far superior to talking.
