I'm asking in terms of genetics. They act as a monoculture but do they all then express the same phenotypical characteristics like lows active chemicals

Potency can vary mushroom to mushroom especially from multispore, so it could have been the individuals or mabye not

It's multispore so you should have multiple genetics. Give em another try

Wasn't being sarcastic. That's just the truth. No one can know. Perhaps you used MS but went to petri first and did a few transfers so your MS is less "MS" than straight spore syringe for instance. And if that would even make a difference. No one could know how the genetics worked out in your shrooms without also testing them themselves.
