Looks like Hypholoma sp. Not psychedelic.

What makes you think it's psychedelic?

If you want to find active mushrooms, you need to specifically target them.  Read about which species live in your area, what environments they like, and when they come up.

Otherwise you'll have just as much luck pointing at a parked car and asking "will this get me high?"

You're also going to have way more luck and help if you fill out the template provided for IDs in this forum.
