Hello.

I made 4 jars using the BRF TEK.. but only one of them shows an apparent growth of white foam matter.

Does it mean that the 3 other jars are not properly done?

Its my first time.

Confirm that this is mycelium please.

On this picture you can see that there is a hollow part where the growth is seen... When injecting the fluid I accidentally moved the needle side to side which created that hole.... Is it possible that a hollow spot could help the growth of mycelium? and while other jars doesn't have that hollow spot.

Looks like myc.  I wouldn't count the other jars out just yet.  If you look very closely at the inoculation area in your other jars, you may just see a little fuzz.

The hollow spot has absolutely nothing to do with spore germination. That’s definitely mycelium you have in that jar. Patience is the name of the game in this hobby. Give the other jars some time :goodluck:

That's myc. Spores can take awhile to germinate. 3 weeks is a good time frame to work with. If you don't see anything going on in 3 weeks. I'd toss the jars and or re-inoc.

If you end up having nothing grow in a few days in the other jars it might mean that either you did not shake the syringe well or it has a very few viable spores in it.
