Turkey Tail lookalikes (plus a bonus conk?)

here are a couple of fun guys from warmer days.  not sure what's going on with the pores/where there should be pores on the first two.  teeth? aging?
Habitat: in a forest preserve in northern Illinois, on dead wood. 
Cap: varies, but the average seems to be about about 2" wide

Species 1, same log but the first two pictures were taken at the end of September and the second two were in late October:


Species 2: maybe has lichen growing on it/them? pictures taken in mid-December:


and Species 3, looking nothing like Turkey Tail but it was there and ended up in my upload folder, so now it's here. about 5-6" wide. Ganoderma megaloma?:

2, lookalike i see them everywere.

3, is definitely ganoderma idk what kind but its beautiful, clone it!!!!!

emphasis on the "versi" part I suppose.
Michael Kuo's description of Trichaptum biforme "usually eroding and developing spines or teeth with maturity (sometimes appearing more like a toothed mushroom than a polypore)" explains a lot. I'll have to keep an eye out for the purple.
