I fucked up my LC. . .maybe

First its been some time since I have made LC

Anyway I'd did 20% grain water 80% BRF water

Filled 10 pint jars and PCed
I PCed it for about 100 minutes

Do you guys think its still OK or did I caramelised the sugars?
Should I just make a new batch?

What I was talking about is 20% of it is grain water and 80% of it is BRF LC with 4g per liter

so 8 brf broths and 2 grain water???

okiedokie

pcing lc or agar(same thing really) for any longer than 30mins is pointless. liquids sterilize really quicky.

Working with a very bad camera

Anyway there don't seem to be any more sediment then some grain dust and very little BRF
(I made shore my BRF is extra fine:lol:. . .really I was just fucked on shrooms and blended the fuck out of it)

I did my LC at 45 minutes usually
But ever since I learned dropping agar wedges I stopped LC

My first LC came out very clear compared to this and I've colonized 24/24 jars with no contams so I know it is a healthy mixture, just not a recipe I followed directly. That LC looks really dark. Because I am inexperienced with what I see here, is this what it looks like when you are supposed to question if it is caramelized or is this more of a result from using brf water?

My recipe wasn't the topic though. I asked you something specific and besides, told you my recipe works fine and got me what I needed. :smile: So again, I'll ask. Are you asking if it is caramelized due to the darkness, or is that darker color because of the BRF water? Just trying to learn what I see here, not the process.

Edit: removed my recipe from my original post. Don't tell me my recipe is fucked up when you're the one posting saying your recipe/process possibly is and mine is a FOR SURE success. Recipe, AND process.
