Articles on spore germination

Can anyone point me in the general direction of psilocybe spore germination articles? I've been searching in google scholar but can't find much.

I've been growing up some spores on agar, and the spores are taking a little while longer to germinate than originally anticipated. I made a 20g/L agar to oat grain soak solution and plated my spores on it on December 16. There has been very little change since plating, in fact I'd say the plates look the same as when I started. The agar is fairly firm, maybe a little more solid than the consistency of jello. The dishes have been incubating in direct light at about 80-85F for most of the time. I turn off the light and the heat at night to emulate circadian rhythm.

Lolz there are none.

Try 65-75, not directly lighting them, and waiting more than 10 days

Also when it comes to published scholarly journal article type research. Most of what's done with mushrooms is done for shit. You've got universities that basically do the PF tek and do poorly at it then use what they grew, poorly, to research. It's not like you're learning from the experts on cultivation.

Damn figured literature was going to be scant at best. Also thanks for replying! I'll cut lights and temp back.

I've been enjoying reading on your work. You had mentioned at one point that light at all stages is good, so I may have taken that a little too literally! Currently planning on using your teks from oat agar -> oats -> monotub. Will post results! Thanks for all your contributions.

That's frustrating. I'm a scientist myself so it pains me to see such a huge gap in what I think most of us consider to be immeasurably valuable knowledge.
