Here’s a picture of my cakes this morning, the one third up on the left already flushed. These cakes are bluing to the slightest touch and the stems almost instantly blue when picked. Is this a sign of good potency? None of this could be done without the shroomery 👏🏻🤟🏼🤯

Golden teacher tends to blue like crazy in my experience. I'm sure they'll be plenty potent :smile:

Nah it's fine. I'm just being an impatient turd. It's only been like 3.5 days in the FC lol. But I do hope they go fast because I'm retarded and made another 27 jars.

How important is lighting? I just set mine under a window. Do you think that will be enough?

Proper fruiting conditions are more important than light. Light is said to induce pinning, but the mycelium only needs minimal light to know where to fruit. Any indirect light is fine read up on the pros and cons of using lights in your grows. Just make sure you are creating roughly 95% humidity in you’re chamber(hygrometers help), keep the walls of the tub misted and leave them be. I have never “fanned” any of my cakes and have seen great results!

No. Withought light they have small caps abd look scraggaley. Conditions too, but trust me, ive had tubs with perfectly fine conditions with no light because i was aeay and thats what they looked like. Same dialed in monos i always use.

Do they look alright? I notice that fresh myc is growing through my rolled verm.

I have 27 cakes on the way LOL.

Bulk seemed to confusing for me.

If I manage to get any shrooms from these cakes then i'll fee more comfortable moving on to bulk. I tend to have shit luck with everything, so we will see.

Bulks confusing? U break up the cake and mix it with hydrated coir. Its more simple than actually making those pf cakes

Nice cakes! To answer your question though, from what I have read more bluing does not indicate higher potency.
