Colonisation speed co2 bildup and wet cakes

I innoculated 3 jars with GTs abouth three weeks ago and there colonising allright, slowley buth shurely (abouth 40% now).
Buth abouth 6 days ago i also innoculated three jars with Thai and three with Amazonians and these to jars are allredy colonising and will at this speed be fully colonised before the GTs.
Wath i am wondering is abouth the avrage colonisation speed of the strains is GTs supposed to colonise that slow i know that Thai are fast colonisators buth wath abouth the Amazones.

And secondly i know that i cant birht the cake before its  fully colonised buth wath is the risk of it colonising to slow, wont the o2 be depleted and groth stopped if it takes to long?

And third the cakes with the Thai and the Amazones are significantley  more wet then the Gts  accidentely used all to much wather  with the Thais  and maby a little to much with the Amazones, will to much wather hinder colonisation?

To answer your second question, use filters to allow for gas exchange in your jars.

ok gott some filter bag ill sterilice them and then putt the jars in tem. If groth slowes down to a complete stop that is for now its going slovley buth shurely on the GTs and super fast on the others.
Any good metod of sterelising the bags can i presure cook them, there autoclavable.

take the tape off, loosen the lid, and invert the jars. good luck!
