No, it really isn't. If it's the same thing why didn't they link the regular video...you know, with the same frame rate throughout.

The speed has been increased to make Jim's hand movements seem more aggressive.

Even in the doctored video it is pretty clear that the only person out of line was the female.

She puts her hands all over him multiple times, trying to grab the microphone like a child.

Acosta did nothing, Trump and the conservatives are just hyper sensitive, easily angered snowflakes.
