food for thought

ive grown accustomed to bargain shopping and i dont usually spring for the high-end products when grocery shopping. however, i have to admit that i have recently been buying only gourmet cheeses and now i dont think i can go back to the cheap stuff.. the gourmet cheeses are robust with flavor and they deserve attention! 

what's your favorite cheese???

Cheese can get super expensive, but I definitely buy organic, higher end foods and consumer products. Not necessarily the most expensive one, but I will definitely not make money my first priority when making a buying decision. And I do have money problems. Mostly not making enough.

there is a lid for every pot.. such as there may well be a cheese for every.. uh... cracker?  lol

do you wine about your cheese? lol

i recently bought a DRY MONTEREY JACK hard cheese (grass fed.. as if it really mattered?) and it is amazing! it paired extremely well with my mango habenero chicken sandwiches!

i don't do cheese anymore but my favorites are the moldy/sharp ones. gorgonzola, blue, feta etc.
