Is this Pan Cyans?

Habitat:
Growing in a front lawn on some grass

Gills:
Seem to be a very dark brown-black colour

Stem:
about 4-8cm long, diameter 2-3mm, white, relatively smooth, hollow,

Cap:
Diameter 1.5-3cm, pale brown (similar to stem but not as white), smooth, conical, convex.

Spore print color:
Jet black

Bruising:
does not seem to bruise a particular colour

in the pictures, all of the mushrooms have split so have lost conical shape.

No sorry dude, panaeolus cyans will blue heavily. The word cyan is a shade of blue and where they get the name from.

Definayely coprinoid. You won't find pan cyan growing in grass unless its heavily fertilized by cows.
