It’s clearly an ISIS plot. Why get student visas and move directly to the US like they’ve done countless times before when they can swim to South America and walk 2,000 miles into one of the most militarized borders in the world.

Sure they are. July 7, 2014 the Southern Border Program to Improve Passage was signed. Migrants get a regional visitors card along with access to checkpoints providing supplies and medical care.

On the off chance? Pueblo Sin Fronteras has been organizing caravans for more than 15 years. Make it past the border and your chances are pretty good of being "admitted".

Shooting people is the only option for keeping people from illegally crossing a border?
