Found this in my backyard

Found this in my backyard, needless to say it's growing on a large chunk of wood that's been there for ~1 year now. This part of my yard doesn't get a ton of sunlight and has been getting much less lately because of the decreasing sunlight. It hasn't been particularly wet lately (last week or so). Weather has been in the 40s and 50s lately but down in the 30s at night.

I don't think this is anything containing psilocybin but I'm just curious what it is.
