What are your bad habits?

I have recently started to drink way more coffee than usual. I have started out drinking a cup of coffee twice a week, until stress came upon me and had me drinking almost 2 cups every day. It’s a bad habit and i really don’t want to depend on coffee to ge through my day. Soon and gradually I’ll be stabilizing my stress and (hopefully) get rid of my troubles.
Currently drinking coffee as I type. *sip*

I dip almost a can of tobbacco each day, i smoke cigars some days. I drink maybe 2 to 7 cups of coffee a day. 2 or 3 in morning and more throughout the day. I got a bad soda habit too. Drink 4 to 6 liters a day.

its actually nice to know somebody worry for as little as 2 cups of coffe a day... when there are tons of reckless use and abuse of worse drugs... and people dont even think of straightening,

while some care..

but cmon your caffeine use is still very low, and caffeine is a joke compared to other stimulants, dont worry too much, but then do!

I worry a lot about my body and yes I do worry about two cups of coffee becuase It’s super easy to damage your body. But i mean, i guess 2 cups won’t do much.. until I start depending way more on it.

Lol I feel like such an amateur for worrying about cofeee hahah. I’m too much of a good kid.

But hey that’s where it all starts for some people...

Caffeine and Candy/Junk Food.

Those two are my main two bad habits that don't involve some sort of drug in the traditional term. I am constantly enjoying caffeinated beverages throughout the day from sunrise to sunset, currently I'm enjoying a large fountain soda of blue mountian dew; a combo of both bad habits- liquid candy with caffeine added.

My second bad habit is fairly typical and its gas station candy and snacks. I have a awful sweet tooth and lately I've been having a real hard time saying no to it. I've been on a Nerds and any sort of gummy candy.

I too can't stop doing gay shit with other guys. I think it was the mushrooms that did it to me.

Exactly. Ever since I’ve started this coffee habit , I’ve been feeling WAY more fatigue and started craving way more sweets than I never have before!
Too much coffee = no sleep
No sleep = fatigue
Fatigue = a need for quick energy
A need for quick energy = SWEETS

I’ll get fat before I know it. This might sound dumb but if I ever need sweets or soemthing, I’ll have a glass of water instead. Dehydration can easily cause fatigue and coffee surely does not help!

I wouldn’t beleive such a “correlation” either.
Some people are gay and don’t even know it yet too. I have gay thoughts but I’m not gay. I think.

I have takin kratom everyday for the last atleast 3 years. Not even missing a day, 50g a day currently. What sucks is, the only thing I dont like about Kratom is that I cant quit. Everything else is awesome

I've been smoking 0.5-2.0 packs of cigs a day. definetly starting to feel it. been trying to cut down, but stress and the general insanity of my current state of existence plus the growth of the habit has got me stuck at about a pack a day.
