Because Kavanaugh 100% for sure lied under oath multiple times yesterday.

At this point it really doesn't even matter if the allegations are true or not (although the Ford allegations definitely are true)

The man is a liar. He is clearly not qualified to be a judge at any level of the justice system, much less the top.

His Yale classmate Lynn Brookes said she was disappointed in his blatant lying during the hearing and that he was often incoherent and drunk

His Yale roommate James Roche (who is also good friends with the second accuser) said that he believes the accuser and that Kavanaugh was a drunk and he and his friends were definitely capable of it

Another Yale roommate, Kit Winter, said Kavanaugh was often wasted, and that their shared bathroom was constantly covered in vomit

Ford took a polygraph test and the results were "not indicative of deception"

Kavanaugh refused to take one. Even though in the past he wrote a decision as a judge saying that polygraphs are a valuable tool for background checks on federal employees

Ford wanted an official investigation.

Kavanaugh didn't.

If he was innocent, wouldn't he be comfortable with an investigation?

Wouldn't he want to clear his name?

Wouldn't he want his buddies to come tell everyone what a great guy he has always been?




The guy is a lying, worthless, entitled sack of shit.

He lied multiple times during a Senate hearing in front of his entire country.

Of course he shouldn't be a Supreme Court justice.

The idiots that think he should be a judge the same idiots that thought a reality TV star would make a strong president.





Kavanaugh would send any of us to federal prison without a second thought, but half of you people would suck a load out of his balls if Trump supported it. Fucking pathetic.

there's never been the standard set that a federal judge can't be a liar. we just think that would be appropriate that a liar couldn't be a federal judge especially a SC judge. We're kinda told that being a liar and having no credibility keeps you from getting into that position. But it's just simply not the case that it even fucking matters. you're going to get a liar that's a SC justice. that's just the fucking way it is people... It's a political job position. which means politics are at play, not any real world sense. Half of the people that represent this country are not fit to manage a fast food restaurant and everyone is acting like this is something out of the ordinary.

In their own narrow worlds it probably seems as if the other side is the enemy. Republicans and Democrats are the enemy. They're business as usual. Which is lying cheating and stealing to push agendas.

statistically speaking I'm sure far more democrats are rapists. Most of the low income part of society happen to be democrats. Athletes are also disproportionately rapists and democrats.

actually, there's a huge difference between an adult forcing minor into sex/raping them and a 17 year old and a 15 year old.
