Help with mushroom ID NE Michigan

Habitat:
Found growing in the woods on a dead log

Gills:
Attatched to stem

Seen these things growing all over the place, I'm fairly new here so bear with me.

Armillaria, also known as Honey Mushrooms.

Edible, but only after being thoroughly cooked.
