incarnation is a real thing thus reincarnation is a real thing. Time is only a construct of our perception, the universe or wherever the universe came from doesn't consider time, it never started or ended.

i believe we're reincarnated every day we go to sleep the moment we wake up.

every time we wake up we're actually waking up from a past reality where we died, and our memories are replaced with brand new memories of a whole new life and we go about our day believing that we have a string of memories that all connect to each other and go back years and years but in reality we only have a lifespan of a single day

That would explain Deja vu. Einstein theorized that time is cyclical. So it's not improbable that we've all been here before.

I have contemplated something similar, not where we die when we sleep but our consciousness explores past/future/alternate lives. Sometimes it feels like this is the dream, sort of a reprieve from other crazier existences.
